Our traditional thatched pub was built around 1730 and is steeped in history at the heart of the local village community. We are a family run pub and we have been successfully running it now for more than 20 years. Over the years we have built up a reputation for well kept real ales and excellent homemade food. We are famous for our hearty Plough Pies and spicy chilli which we have been making to the same recipe for 35 years.

The Plough Inn has a wide ranging menu with a number of specials that change daily. The Plough Inn is relaxed and informal, so come along during our food times and grab a table as we are not able to take bookings. Our pub opening and food times are as follows:

Opening Times:

We will not be serving food from Friday 25th of March until Tuesday 5th of April.
Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Sat 12.00-3.00 & 5.00-11.00pm
Fri 12.00-11.00pm (open all day)
Sunday 12.00-3.00 & 7.00-10.30pm

Food Times:

Monday-Friday                   12.00-2.00 & 6.30-9.00pm
Saturday 6.30-9.00pm
